No, this isn't a new quilt. It is the backing from my "Triangle Treat" !! I wanted to sandwich it today but the backing was a bit to short .. So I sewed leftover triangles together and TaDahhh... a fun backing. Now I need to quilt it.
I have almost quilted the center on my purple stars. So I am going back to that quilt first :-) . It is not so much work to finish it !

It's a perfect backing - much more interesting than if it were plain with no triangles!

OH yes! the backing is so fun! And now you have used up all the triangles that you were going to do the 1000 pyramids quilt as leader/enders with. You will have to cut more...or are you tired of these triangles now? :c)
I would still like to know how you plan to quilt the Triangle Treat!

Wonderful backing. I love pieced backings, but I'm usually too lazy to do it and if I'm hand quilting I hate all those extra seams...
