Oh, Lucy, you are too much..Wow!! this is beautiful.. you are so talented. And I'm such a slacker. I haven't done any quilting in 5 days. Keep up the beautiful work. So will this be the center of a larger project. Love your colors.. Sharon in Florida USA
It would be so neat to make a quilt of feathered stars. I can just see your quilting in the big squares at each corner. It's so pretty, Lucy. I wish I could see a little movie of your whole yard; love the glimpses!
Just stunning, Lucy. I cracked up over your comments about making a bra. Years ago, I saw a Mariner's Compass "gone bad". It was so out of proportion the quilt maker stuffed it, and it looked like a lampshade was under the quilt! Now, that's REALLY bad!
Hi Lucy, love your blog and your ideas to set a quilt. Is Haarlem near the north sea. We visited Borkum 4 weeks ago and I just think i´ve seen a sign on the way...???!!! Hugs Bea
