At Christmas time I always notice that I have only one Christmas wallhanging, and to me it isn't in the "right" Christmas colors. So I decided to do something about that and I made this red and white quilttop. I still have to quilt it, and I think I need to wash and even dry it in the dryer for an antique look... Let's hope that I can do that all before Christmas :-)

Very nice Christmas quilt. I think time maybe running low for all the quilting and washing. Who knows though, it can be done. Let us know when you are completed with the quilt.
I love the wall hanging and the bureau in the picture. Beautiful.
Lucy it is really nice! Just old fashioned and simple! I like that look!
I love this simplicity !!!!
Very pretty Lucy! You never cease to amaze me at the lovely stuff you turn out and how fast!
Lucy,
Very pretty and perfect like all your handwork.
The bureau is wonderful. The mat the little bear is sitting on, it is your quilting too? You must have done that under a microscope the pieces are so small!!
Continuing to pray for your family and father...
Lucy, it's perfect! It can also be left out all year if you wish it...just beautiful!
I've been thinking the same thing...I NEED to make another Christmas wallhanging. Like you, I have one..and I'm not all that thrilled with it anymore. However, it's not getting done for this Christmas...but the ideas are brewing in my head for one to be made for 07!!
And, that man of yours!! What a guy!! It sounds like you two had a wonderful time, and the scenery is GORGEOUS!!
What a pretty Christmas quilt. I admire your use of such small pieces!
Ooooh that's pretty, Lucy. You are such an artist.
Lovely, and very, very Christmassy!~
A perfect Christmas quilt. Isn't it fun when you pull a new quilt out of the dryer for the first time . . . heaven.
Lucy, I think your quilt is charming! Very nice work, and I love the smaller blocks in the corners!
