I've made a few of those too and they are so much fun. I'm not sure what I'll do with mine yet. Do you have any plans for yours?

hurray, it's good to have fun and play. to just try new techniques and see what happens.
Very cute baskets, Lucy !! I think I saw how to make those in a quilt magazine over the past few months -- now you've got me wanting to dig through my HUGE pile of magazines to find the instructions!
I've been reading several of Gwen Marston's books recently and want to make some of the small string baskets - maybe for one of my next doll quilts.
You are not kidding about stepping out of your comfort zone...try taking a flying leap!!! You don't do anything half-way!
