Don't you think this is one of the best part of quilting :-) A finished quilt!
It became a quilt with memories. I did a lot of quilting next to my dad in his last weeks. It was emotional for me to pick it up again. But I am so happy I finished it.

This quilt is a definite treat! It is such a beauty!
I LOVE your triangle quilt! The fabrics you have chosen give it an "old quilt" look, which I love. The memories it brings you will be a great reminder of great times.

that a beautiful quilt, lucy. My sister made a similar one when our mum was dying and I now have that quilt. It is also a triangle quilt.
Lovely quilt, Lucy. Don't you love the texture that hand quilting gives? Just begs the hand to be run over it. Great work.
