Oh!!! Just lovely.
Your mini quilts are so pretty I can well understand your love for making them. I too love the Litte House on the Prairie look and love to weave a story from the books around the quilt I am currently working on - at the moment Mary's working on a blue nine-patch and Laura's dancing like a goose and her goslings! :-) You're very inspiring Lucy!
Oh my gosh, look at how small those pieces are! You truly are amazing with these tiny quilts you make Lucy! Whomever the lucky person is is going to love it!

This is the first time I have come across your blog and will certainly be exploring some of your older posts and visit again. I have only recently discovered the joy of mini quilts and hope to make loads more. There is such satisfaction in being able to finish a project before getting bored by it.
I love your blog!!!! I have just found it and have read every post and looked at every quilt three or four times. You are a very talented lady.
It was sad to read about your father and all that he endured, I am sorry.

And it's given me an idea too!
This little mini is totally 'to die for' adorable! I love 9-patch quilts. There's something about them that I find so comforting. Great job, Lucy! You are an inspiration!
I have to tell you about the mini quilt I saw last week at the home of an acquaintance. It was about this size and was in dark, Amish colors. She had it matted and framed with glass on top, which I found interesting and unusual. She said she had visited Amish country (east coast) from her home on the west coast, and had fallen in love with Amish quilts. But, they were so expensive --- so she bought the mini one as her 'memory' of the trip. It is absolutely beautiful! Just like yours!
Thank you for sharing what you do with us. I really enjoy your work and am constantly inspired by it.
Fondly,

Just found your site and love the mini 9 patch. I've done mostly applique quilts and am going to do a 9 patch from the loads of fabric I have on hand. Gotta go look at the rest of your site :)
Beautiful!
