Pim's Quilt

Once a week or so I pick up Pim's quilt and do some handquilting.
I have to quilt 2 more blocks and the border. I'm thinking of practicing freehand feathers on the border.

the quilt is gorgeous. How do you stablize it so you can hoop quilt it?

Hi Lucy,
I have never posted before and just stumbled on your blog. Pim's quilt is lovely!
Do you have any Singer Featherweight sewing machines where you are? They were popular in the states - still are actually. I posted a story on my blog about one. If you have one, I'd like to hear how you obtained it.
