You know THE picture you want to show proudly to everyone, you keep in your purse and show everywhere you HAVE to show it.
My two eldest are 1 year apart and it's been a long time since I took a picture of them both together!! Besides, it's good practice to take pictures of people with my new camera. I know how to photograph a quilt, photographing people is something totally different!!!
At some point you just give up. I definitely NEED more practice (any tips for the photographer?).
And my two eldest??? Well, I guess I have to bribe them before I photograph them again.

These are totally fun! The calm, posed picture - and the true spirit of brother and sisterliness captured on film. *g*

Easy to see that they care about one another very much . . . even if they don't care to stand still for Mama *s*

Lovely pictures!
The only tip I have is just take as many photos as you can, that's how you'll get used to the new camera!
I love seeing them pick on each other and just be "brother and sister" this way! FUN!

I am a professional photographer, and these are great pictures. Fun and that is what it is all about. If you want a more formal look, turn their heads so you can see, or almost see both ears, have their bodies facing each other on an angles all their weight on the back leg that is away from the camera with the front leg bent at the knee, toe pointing towards the camera. He can put his hand that is closest to the camera in his pocket. Perfect now press the shutter
These are great Lucy. I love picture vignettes like these for scrap booking. You have a beautiful family.
Isn't it amazing to watch them grow up? I still cannot believe time is passing so quickly.
