Sampler



I have been designing a sampler quilt for a class I am teaching. This will be one of the blocks, a feathered star. I’ve cut all the pieces, now the fun begins, sewing it together!

Yes I enjoy your different header pictures too.
Looking forward to seeing the sampler take shape, I love the feathered star block, it's worth all the time to make it.

Several members of my guild got together last fall and made feathered stars. It wasn't the easiest thing I have done: had to resew a couple of times. Mine is done but still needs to be put into a quilt. I plan for a friendship star border: it will be a table topper.
