My pink chair got a hole in the fabric, so I had to fix it. I bought 2 old Dutch postal mail bags and covered my chair with it. One bag is dated 1982.
Next to my chair is an old cupboard with aside a place to hang up towels (used to be in the early days) and I use it to display a mini quilt. Well the new cover of my chair is asking for a new mini....

I choose a brickstone pattern. I saw a few antique doll quilts with this pattern and I like it.
Time to enjoy it.

Wonderful post!!! The chair cover is such a great idea. As for your mini quilt, I love it!!! These simple quilts have so much charm! Really inspiring!
Love the chair upholstery - the bag is fabulous. I don't think the US has ever used such nice mailbags - probably something plastic and horrible. Wonderful little quilt and the quilting is amazing!
What a lovely, simple quilt!! Your quilting is just perfect for it. I really like the chair as well - its so interesting and I imagine the postal bags are made of very durable material.

I love it ! So simple, so beautiful. The perfect quilt.
a few years ago one of my quilting groups made a queen size quilt, using this brick pattern. We used dark reds, navy and creams. It was a beautiful quilt which we donated to a habitat for humanity family. This mini quilt reminds me of it very much, thanks for posting pics.
I love it ! Really a so nice patch with the simplicity oh the old patterns!
Lovely and beautyful!
Love your Fabrics in your quilts!
